John Ward - Attorney
John P. Ward is an attorney at Attlesey | Storm, LLP who represents publicly traded companies, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of business and real estate lawsuits. Mr. Ward’s practice areas include breach of contract, fraud, foreclosure defense, business torts, eviction, and consumer protection law.
Personal and Professional Background
Mr. Ward was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. As an undergraduate, he majored in philosophy and won the Hutchison Award, the prize given to the top philosophy student in the College. Thereafter, Mr. Ward went to Chapman University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he worked in the legal department of an insurance company and served as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Ward is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California, the United States District Court (Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Ward has successfully represented clients in hundreds of cases throughout California in State and Federal Court, both in the trial court and on appeal.
