Suzanne Storm - Partner
Suzanne Storm is a partner at Attlesey | Storm, LLP helping individuals and businesses with estate planning, trust administration, business and real estate disputes, and related litigation.
Professional and Personal Background
Suzanne Storm was born and raised in Southern California later moving across the country to pursue her college education on a full-ride Division I volleyball scholarship to Hofstra University in New York. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Suzanne began her legal career at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP focusing on civil litigation involving business and real estate disputes. In 2009, Suzanne joined Keith Attlesey to create Attlesey | Storm, LLP where she expanded her practice to include estate planning, trust administration and related litigation.
Suzanne is admitted to practice in California as well as the United States District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, and the Trust and Estates Section of the California State Bar.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Estate Planning, Trust Administration & Related Litigation
Suzanne counsels individuals, families and business owners regarding the disposition of their assets prior to and after their passing. Typical issues discussed with her clients include who will be responsible for the client’s health and financial decisions in the event of incapacity and death, who will take care of minor children, how business interests and real property should be distributed, specific wishes regarding funeral services, etc. Once these questions are resolved, a customized estate plan is prepared.
In addition to assisting clients with their estate plans, Suzanne counsels clients when a loved one passes. Whether administering a trust, probating a will or enforcing the rights of a beneficiary, Suzanne strives to resolve her client’s disputes in the most effective and efficient manner possible. And if a client’s dispute requires a lawsuit, Suzanne’s strong background as a litigator allows her to successfully engage in litigation on behalf of her clients.
Business and Real Estate Disputes & Related Litigation
Suzanne represents clients in a broad range of business and real estate matters including contract disputes, real estate transactions, general business matters as well as the related litigation. She has successfully tried cases, managed highly contentious multi-million dollar litigation, and represented her clients through trial and the appeals process.
